DACO DANCE WORKSHOPS FOR KIDS & TEENS: FALL SESSION

Dance is ALWAYS the answer! Moving your bodies in rhythm is a great physical activity. Dance improves flexibility, coordination, balance, range of motion, stamina, muscle tone, strength, and posture. But physical fitness is just one of many benefits of dance. Students learn to follow directions, learn and remember steps (choreography), respond to music, develop teamwork and build confidence.

Lace-up those sneakers or dance shoes and experience the fun of dance! Let's Groove!
